12 Weeks All-In to Success and Fitness
This is the ultimate package for those who are all-in. The clients participating in this package are tired of the road that they have been traveling and are ready to partner with a coach to succeed at a full success and fitness transformation. This is a 12-week program that will dig deep into the obstacles that you have faced along your journey so far to ensure that you can overcome them in the future. It is the only package that allows for increased - M-F access to your coach to guide you every step of the way. There are twelve 50-minute sessions of transformational coaching and 24 - 50 Minute personal training sessions twice weekly. Sessions can be stacked back to back or staggered throughout the week.
This package will guide you in your journey by:
Reviewing a comprehensive health and fitness assessment form and food journal with you
Helping you establish Success and Fitness Goal, create a vision board, and a success and fitness plan
Providing you with a solid foundation and understanding of the Pillars of Success and Fitness
Accomplishing a clean your cupboards session - an in-home consulting session to discuss the food currently in your kitchen, food labels and shopping for success (travel fee included for clients within 25 miles of Linden, MI)
Identifying which pillars you are struggling with and providing education and resources that may help you overcome obstacles in those areas
Establishing habits and routines for a successful and fit you
Determining your current fitness level and creating an individualized personal training plan to help you achieve your fitness goals
Providing daily (Monday-Friday) check-ins on goals and plan progress
Allowing six –phone calls, up to 15-minutes each to be utilized outside of coaching sessions for when the unexpected comes up and you need guidance through it and unlimited emails that are answered at your coach’s earliest convenience
Unlocking access to additional single coaching sessions and personal training sessions
Logistics
Coaching sessions are held in our private office/gym located in Linden, MI, via Web-ex or can be in the comfort of your own home for an additional in-home consulting fee.It is important that these sessions be in a quiet, uninterrupted area to ensure privacy and productivity.
CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, simply leave a message on my voicemail (269-364-0821) or email (annamorris@morrissuccessandfitness.com) at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. All cancellations or reschedule requests less than 24 hours before the appointment time or “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled session. This policy is to honor the time and energy required to prepare for the scheduled session. Please be available 5 minutes prior to your first session so we can start promptly. If you arrive late for your session, that time cannot be made up and your session will end at the originally scheduled time. To respect other’s privacy if you arrive more than 10 minutes early please wait in your vehicle, as there is not a waiting space inside.

6 Weeks Committed to Success and Fitness
This package is great for someone who has committed to a healthier, happier life and would like a coach to help them get there. It provides Six, 50-minute sessions of coaching and 12 - 50 minute personal training sessions (twice weekly) for you to establish routines and begin your journey towards your success and fitness goals.
This package will guide you in your journey by:
Reviewing a comprehensive health and fitness assessment form and food journal with you
Helping you establish Success and Fitness Goals and create a vision board to follow
Providing you with a basic understanding of the Pillars of Success and Fitness
Identifying which pillars you are struggling with and providing education and resources that may help you overcome obstacles in those areas
Beginning to establish habits for a successful and fit you
Determining your current fitness level and creating an individualized personal training plan to help you achieve your fitness goals
Providing twice-weekly check-ins on goals and plan progress

It provides three, 50-minute sessions each of coaching and personal training for you to get comfortable with your coach, explore the Pillars of Success and Fitness and define your Success and Fitness goals.

Single sessions are available for ongoing coaching once an individual has completed one of the above packages.

104 - 50 Minute Sessions
2 Sessions per week, sessions can be personal training, coaching or a combination of both depending on the individuals needs each week
3 check-ins per-week to help you stay on track and meet your goals
*Sessions expire 56 weeks after purchase date.
6 Month (Personal Training and Coaching)
Includes:
52 - 50 Minute Sessions
2 Sessions per week, sessions can be personal training, coaching or a combination of both depending on the individuals needs each week
