“When I started working with Anna at Morris Success and Fitness, my goals were to eat healthier and become stronger (as well as loose 10 lbs.). I was a pretty healthy eater before, but I knew I was addicted to sweet foods. Through some gradual changes in my eating, I have come to enjoy the flavors of my foods much more. After 1 month I am now able to enjoy an occasional “treat,” but I am able to choose more wisely and I don’t feel like I am being deprived. “I am 55 years old and I have joints in my hands and fingers that are starting to swell up. I also started experiencing my legs and arms going to sleep when I was sleeping.
